Gourmet Thrill Seekers

Aegean Blu

Our aim was to create an exciting fresh new venue where we can showcase the traditional Greek food flavours and present them in a fresh modern way all within a Greek atmosphere full of character and the traditional Greek welcoming smile.

After wandering through Sydney’s iconic Darling Harbour indulge in a tasty Greek feast in Pyrmont. Inside this restaurant the decor is simple and modern: there’s exposed brick and quirky light bulbs hanging from the ceiling, and delicate splashes of blue sets the Mediterranean mood. The menu focuses on traditional Greek food with a few modern twists. Start with a tasting place of moorish dips before sharing some mezze of baby calamari, spanakopita and Greek meatballs. From there move onto lamb shanks or moussaka as both make for excellent mains. Make sure you come with a sweet tooth - the traditional Greek cake (revani verias) makes for the sweetest ending to your Greek gastronomy. We guarantee by the end of your meal you’ll be feeling, big, fat, but most importantly, satisfied! Best Dish: slow cooked lamb shoulder with Greek lemon potatoes and Greek-style veg (Dimmi)
